Checked your gallery, you've got real skills. So I'm sure you already know the first one is a pretty nice abstract, the second, well, there's no real subject or anything so the effect is lost since I find my eyes jumping from point to point with no place to focus on. Try the same effect on one of your photos that is a good photo to start with (and is suited for the effect) and it will be a different story.
