5D and 24-105L. If I want to add a second lens it's either the 16-33L II or the 135L depending on which one I think I might use more. If I want to go ultra lightweight (for a DSLR) then it's an XT and 17-85 IS.
I shoot all of my professional and landscape work with a 1Ds3 and 1D3, but also have a Rebel XSi(450D)/Tamron 17-50 2.8 and a Panasonic LX3 for family outings/vacations etc. I take the Rebel XSi when I believe there's a high probability of photo opportunities (a walk on the beach etc), and the Panasonic LX3 when photography isn't the purpose of the outing, but a "just in case" I have a camera in my pocket.
At the moment I use a 40D + 17-40, but I'll probably get a 24-105 early next year and use that instead of the 17-40. Usually I have the 10-22 with me as well, so I'd just change lenses if I want to go wide.
