Another shot from my Victoria Harbor jaunt. I spotted these beauties, but couldn't work my way very close. a cropped telephoto shot, not nearly enough information left in the frame for much.

Nice image Tim. It looks like a bunch of missiles about to shoot to some unknown target. I like the image and the composition, however cropping the image seems to have made it to lose a lot of its' resolution and quality. Or perhaps you need more USM?

I would like to see more of the image to the right; to see beyond what is there, Tim.
Sounds like that may not have been a possible composition, however.
The water is interesting, too. It could pass for a sky with different elements in the foreground!

the reflection is very nice. but we need more on the right, especially with the shells pointing us in that direction.

Thanks for the insightful comments. I went back and grabbed the full crop. Shot in the rain with my 8Mp point and shoot. Handheld at full zoom. Not only pretty soft, but full of noise. Sorry about that. I had to really crank on the noise suppression.
