I teach accounting and auditing at Uni, work at an accounting firm, and also a University student but disturbingly I spend more time doing photography than all of the above though
I was getting a little stir crazy in our new home working for 3 days straight 14+ hours trying to get it finished so we could move in before christmas. I was using my elinchroms as "spot lights" so I could see the cracks I was filling in our trim a little better and figured since I had all my stuff out anyway, why not take a pic

That CAN'T be you Red. No way. There's a water bottle in the photographers camera bag. The real Red needs no water and only feeds off of the souls of hapless photo noobs and uncle bobs.

Ok, I kind of feel the need to update with a regular self-portrait instead of just my post-accident shot.
My husband, brother-in-law, and I took pictures of ourselves for their mom's christmas gift. It was a lot of fun -- but I realized how difficult it is to get the focus right on a self-portrait. I eventually went to an aperture of 7.1 or something like that. It was my very first time using the new apollo softbox I got for christmas. We had fun. No technically great photos, but I know she loved them:
