Bonjour,
Cute image. Nice looking model. Good "wardrobe" choices. Nice "pose." Nice "humor" element too. In fact, I like the humor and the image in general. Gave me a smile.
My Simple Suggestions:
1. I don't get the "flashlight" (torch) use during daylight hours. I think a "list" or some other prop item would make more sense during daylight.
2. It appears she has only one arm. (I suggest switching the arm so that the far arm is visible holding the hand held prop in front of the body and the near arm is visible doing whatever...perhaps holding the bag strap over shoulder.)
3. Some "presents" (gifts) would be nice (unless she is delivering coal to the bad boys in Belgium...).
4. I would crop from the right side to eliminate the construction crane.

That is so great! Is this going to be her Christmas card? If so, I hope she uses "Have you been naughty or nice?" in the text! What is the red thing between the bag and her back?

I just saw the other image using this same model.
In the other image, it is more clear what the grey thing is on her shoulder/back. It is an elephant along with a couple of gifts.
That is not as "clear" or apparent in this image.
and a rabbit .
Indeed, not visible on this one. The weather was very cold (-2°c), the camera in a plastic bag but not large enough to let me use the 580exII and the screen on the same time. My fingers were freezed, she's to . There was a second flash on tripod 10m away from me with "bad guys" looking around us, the remote flash ... so quite stress. However no excuse because I had to better choice the location
thanks for your comment, Steady. It really helps to build better pictures

The crane on the right jumped out at me as well. But, if you need to maintain the aspect ratio, then you'd either have to lose part of the ledge or the top of the building on the right - not a worthwhile trade off either way.
I love the contrast of the black outfit on the white snow and hazy background.

Agreed. Comp and contrast is better in the second, IMHO. If you can bring down the highlights (assuming not too many blown) I think it would be the better of the two.
