These are going to go like hotcakes as, unlike the 50D, they are awesomely detailed and sharp!!

Was a photography fest down here at the Hutong.
I am sitting outside starbucks in about 2celcius (or less) downloading pictures....
PLUS, a 3.5 GB 10.5 minute Movie.........
Not sure what the limit is, but I got bored after 10 mins.....
It seems on a Par with the 1Ds3 for resolving power.
Still not a patch on it for usability.
Lighter, however, and the live view is quite cool
Want a Leica-like shutter sound? Or nothing? Shoot in live view on a pod
It chewed the batterey a little, but I did a lot of videos too..

We were offered a G9 once at a "too cheap" price. When we inquired further, they suddenly realised they "only had" the Japanese version, at full price. Bait and switch . . .
