Here you go another example of the versatility of the 14-24 on a 1DsIII and one of the reasons why I am a true convert.
This shot was taken last Monday on my usual solo wanderings on Dartmoor in full moon. Taken at about 11.30pm, this shot was at 24mm @ f3.5, yes you did read that correct. I was able to take shots at 6secs ISO 800. Have a look at the edge crops and the centre, what a lens. I thought it would be best to avoid showing you the bottom lef and right which are very slightly OOF as I obviously needed better DOF to get focus at this aperture and it would be unfair to add in confusion as to its apparent wide open sharpness.
It still amazes me what can come out on a camera in full moon.
