Just a quickie to see if my new computer works ok.
This is from the Mountain Coffee Company cafe in Gairloch, Wester Ross, Scotland. It was one of the coolest places we visited, at least for me. All kinds of memorabilia from the States, including, in this shot, posters of Grand Canyon and Lone Pine!! I just thought it was cool!!
We were inside, getting a cup of java and out of the cold for a few minutes, and at Carlo's and Martin's urging, I propped the camera up on some books, set the 10 sec timer, and ran around the furniture.

Glad you're up and running Barry! Good take, considering the religious tracts that you chose to prop the camera on A nice momento of a great few days.
Barry loved this place but what Barry doesn't reveal to y'all is that, all the time we were there, he kept approaching these seventeen year old burrds with the come-on line "are YOU the owner of this place?" I have no idea of his motivation.........
