Just for fun, I did a very quick minor adjustment on this image, and I really like the results, but I know it's definitely subjective. btw, as is, the image is beautiful!
Although I am a pretty big B&W fan, I really like the colour headshot here. Her skin and the background go wonderfully together and makes it very graphic and interesting. It is, by a long shot, my favorite of the headshots.
Wow, the higher contrast B&W version is stunning. I think the color version would be better if you worked the white balance and colors a bit. It seems off. Did you mix light sources?
