I like 1 the most. It's oof however. It would be over the top if dialed in correctly.
I see where you were going with 2. Hard light, model/fashion look. If the flash was place left of camera a bit more and pumped up a stop or 2 more it would work better.
3 is good, just not great. For a posed, thought out session you could have dialed in the hot side of her face in better. Hope it helps.
