i wonder how #2 would look as your avatar? I give it my vote lol...
Sam, funny thing you mention it, because it dawned on me recently that I need an avatar. Here's how it would look. Is it too hard to make out the details? What do you think?
my one nit would be that the web versions do not look like your norm...they look way compressed. did you do something different? this is especially evident in the monument shot.

Chuck, you have a keen eye! I can always count on you. Upon closer inspection, I can see what you're talking about. I think my typical web conversion workflow didn't work perfectly since there are so many fine details on 1 and 3.
Great shots Tim. I am in Northern Virginia as well and can picture exactly where your bench is. Very cool first shot and the second is definitely a great moment captured.

Nice shots Tim. I enjoyed that.
The avitar is a little busy to make out the details. Try something simple.
Hey Jim, thanks for the comments! Yeah, I totally agree that it won't work as an avatar...unless FM decides to triple the size of our avatars, hahahaha!

Thanks! I'm looking forward to going back in the future, maybe during the spring with the cherry blossoms!
