p.1 #1 · Camera Raw ACR ...Nikon profiles

Just wondering how many of you have switched from NX 2 to the latest Camera RAW ACR in CS with the Nikon Beta D2X profiles. I've done a file comparison and find both outputs outstanding.

Have any of you done a file comparison?
Which colour renditions and clarity do you prefer?

Where do you find these profiles? I run my D700 files through ACR, but I don't fancy the colors really.

These and the latest Adobe camera profiles can also be installed in LR2.

I love those camera profiles, I use "Vivid beta 2" mostly. I used to hate how Lightroom rendered colors very flat, now with the Nikon profiles I get pertty much what I saw on the LCD when I shot the image.

Can anyone comment if beta 2 version of the profiles are better than beta 1?

I can't see any difference between beta1 and beta2, but I stopped using beta1 since I got beta2.

only crap part is that it doesnt work with versions prior to LR2, and I am on a pretty farkin slow connection
