My brother-in-law bought a canon lens from costco probably 10-12 mos. ago, he said he send it out to canon for repair but for some reason wasn't totally fixed. but he had no choice but to just take it since he said it took them 2 mos. Just to get the right "parts". Now I suggested to him to bring it up to costco and return/exchange, my question is what is costco's return/exchange policy regarding camera lenses? because I looked everywhere online and my own receipt camera lenses are not mentioned on the limited 90 day return policy.... anybody have experienced with costco camera lens warranty?what should we do?
read that I don't know where the lens fall on that category, I was hoping I could a first hand experiece on forums to give us some ideas, then again costco won't be your choice for camera lenses
