Next time you try that set up in#2 , try putting a reflector beneath the light for a glamour look. ;-)

Does the reflector go beneath the light or under the model's chin (at about the waist line)? I had the strobe about 6' from the model ... maybe it should have been closer.
Really....I was way off. I was thinking 300 f/2.8 by looking at the pop and nice background. That 135 really is a magic lens, huh? It's been on my list a while now. What camera, if you don't mind me asking?
Very well lite but just wondering if anyone else thought that the clothes don't seem to fit the model. As some suggested above need alittle more edge with the tatoos & piercing. Plaid doesn't fit the model.
Also what is with the green hair band on her left hand
