I think it was Tolkien that described simplicity as the simple pleasures in life - A pipe full of tobacco, a warm fire and friends. I took the pipe.
Of course I can't do anything the easy way so I rigged the pipe to be upside down and had an incense stick burn into it. Then rotate it. Why have the smoke go up when you can have it going down? :-)
Smokin!! Ha Ha. Just another fantastic shot to add to the amazing shots this week. What a week of posts. Good luck to anyone even posting!! You should do well however. Just comes to show how the talent level and popularity has grown over the past year or so since I started up here. I need more skills to compete with the craze of awesomeness..ha ha (is that a word)

I drilled a small hole in the back of the bowl. I took a couple of black chop sticks and taped them together so it was double long. I drilled a hole in the background I was using and inserted the chopstick, then I attached the pipe to stick. Viola!!! floating pipe.
Levels and sharpening. That's it. Don't need photoshop to produce illusionary images just a bit of imagination and some spit and glue.
This shot nailed the coffin shut on me even thinking I could compete with the entries this week. What's up with the brilliance on display this week? Have some of you been sharing a muse?
