Where's the Caracara

I see what looks like Albatross & a Vulture. OK, did some research... Is that a Striated Caracara or a Chimango Caracara

Inquiring minds want to know.

Neat looks of birds we don't see here often (if at all) at the Forum, Paul. Though it is a little weird to see a Turkey Vulture, a bird commonly seen here in Southern California, at the Falkland Islands.
