I am fascinated by the light and detail on the trees and rocks in the right foreground. I like that a lot. The background compared to that appears a little bit washed out. A slight increase in contrast might be better here.
I would also remove the small dark object along the left edge of the frame where the water is.

It's a beautiful scene, but I'm with Ute, perhaps a bit more contrast? And, not surprisingly, I'd like to see a color version, particularly with a bit of Fall color in the foreground trees.
