I captured this image this past week near Blewett Pass in Washington State. I photoshopped a bit to bring out some color. I would appreciate your feedback as I continue my effort to improve.
Some pretty nice color here. One thing with bumping up the saturation a bit, is the yellows bleed so easily losing detail, so maybe back off just a bit so that the one colored tree can get some edge detail back to it. Also, you might want to look at going to a 4:5 format cropping off just above the bottom 2 rocks.
Nice scene, Brad. I like the comp and the lighting is lovely. I agree with Jim, the yellows especially may be a little over saturated. With those two big rocks, the image feels a little bottom heavy to me, too.
