Love this image and composition. You shot this animal using a focal length of 24mm, which means you stared the longhorn down from a few feet away to get this shot. Should we be concerned with your mental health No risk, no reward
Great entry, I love the color treatment also.

Not only are you crazy, but you just have a magical shot here. I am certain this will be a favorite if not THE favorite. Got to be brave if you want magic. Bravo to you
Thank you all ! I was about 4 or 5 feet from the nose of this animal when I took this photo. It was a bit un-nerving, However, as much as I would like to say there was nothing between us.....there was. It was a very thin, 3 wire electric fence that on after thought, I don't think would have held him very long if he wanted to charge me. Sometimes you just don't think about these things at the moment, but I know my wife and kids refused to get out of the truck
Awesome shot! I've taken a lot of longhorn photos up close with no fence. They're actually very gentle creatures and will turn and walk away or run from you if you get too close. In fact, they will sometimes come so close to you that you have to be careful of their horns accidentally whacking you as they move about. Very cool angle and conversion.

Thank you so much ! I've never seen one of these animals up close before and he seemed gentle, but thats what people say about zoo animals right before you see them on TV getting their arms ripped out of the sockets
