Leica R and T2 mounts should work.
I saw somewhere in this forum a guy converted a Zuiko to Nikon. Must be as difficult as mount Rokkors to EOS, given the distance to work is the same (.5 mm).
My first con for nikon was my rokkor, then i realized that my rokkor won't work too well on a 5d mkII either.. so I'm just as far. That leaves me with resolution + video versus build quality, af, spot-metering pr af point, general speed.. I'm thinking about picking up a d700 + 50 1.4 tonight and try it out for a month or two until I can get my hands on a 5d mkII, then 1) sell the d700 + 50 1.4 or 2) sell my canon stuff and get moar nikon stufs.
