Can't see your image, don't know what camera, ISO, etc, so it's hard to help. If you're shooting RAW, many RAW>JPG convertors will correct hot pixels. Some bodies will also shoot a dark frame, with the same settings as your image frame, to correct hot pixels in-camera.

Can't see your image either, but I've alot of experience with around 10 minute exposures on a 400D and a 40D. With both cameras I shoot RAW with in camera noise reduction ON. I don't think I've seen any hot pixels at all, some large examples:
