LOVE your lighting. Did you use a snoot type of light here? (Sorry if the answer's obvious; I almost always use natural light, and don't have much experience with "studio" lighting.)
In addition, the message comes through loud and clear thru the image!
(and, congrats on the last petal being a "loves me" instead of a "loves me not." )

Carrol, I think on this one I did use a snoot. I have many homemade controls for my lights. I can’t remember if I used my white illuminated one or the opaque black one. Every shot is so different in the way it wants to be presented. I just keep guessing until it's happy.
