This has been posted tons of times, It's all camera angle, the gap is only like 8 feet of the ground.

This is from the picture's text ... 1km deep ravine and 4 meter gap...don't think this is about camera angle...

don't think this is about camera angle...

I actually got this from Popular Photography site but I feel stupid after seeing the real set but kudos for jumping 4 meter across...pretty brave.

Let's see 4 meters is like 12 feet plus a little, doesn't quite look like that! If you can jump 4 meters from a standing start with a 6 pack, tripod and camera, you should be in the UK for 2012!!!
