This styling can be easily accomplished through any of the thousands of cross processing actions or filters that are out on the web. These were probably done with the TRA stuff... http://www.gettotallyrad.com
You can also play with curves and come up with the same results. It's not too hard, trust me, just experiment.
Though I love the setup, the processing, the lighting, and the expressions you got out of her,
I'll offer some criticism (minor) since no one else has:
In shot #4 you can see that this girl is in fairly good physical shape. Yet, in many of the photos she looks kind of plump. (#s 1, 3 & 5) Her hips look particularly bad. Is that some kind of perspective problem, or is pic #4 in fact the magic shot that minimizes her true form?
I'm guessing the former. If so, I would try to find poses & angles that flatter her figure more.
