I like your crop...it was real hazy and didnt have a CP...dont know if that wouldve helped with haze..it was with a rental lens I really love that 16-35..but way out of reach may have to settle for the 17-40

You can fix this blue cast to be much better than I did

First select levels - ctrl/l and click the centre grey dropper and click it in a grey spot. If you don't like it move to a new spot.

Then to tune try using sat/hue and selecting cyan and turn it down. Try as well moving yellow up. And then move the sat general up and see if it helps.

Others probably have a better way but photoshop is not yet within my grasp.
