I can see the headlines now... "EOSfun" killed by restless natives in FM Forum, Canon marketing department charges as accessory to the crime for brainwashing people with bouncing prisms and a camera partially illuminated by the moon... Film at 11
The trick with EOSfun is to only read his longer posts. I'm somewhat shocked that some of you guys seem to be reading all of Ralphs posts. I see Ralphs smiling face and....... move on.
Can we please stop blasting EOSFun over his catchline? Really, it doesnt do any harm and he is a lot more polite and respectful in posts than half the people that are blasting him over it. It is just a phrase, it isnt attacking anyone, it isnt insulting (again, unlike the people complaining) or anything. If it bothers you, deal with it, get a sense or humor or ignore it.

Is the camera expected to be anounced on Monday being the full moon? does anybody know?
It hadn't occurred to me, but it makes sense. "Destined Evolution" to me means, "We had to eventually make an incremental change." Destined Revolution would indicate a 5D-Like paradigm shift.

I agree it doesnt add anything of value. But it doesnt really offend - unless someone chooses to get offended by it. EOSFun could choose to tone it down for others; equally, others could choose to act with some decorum and ignore it.
I dunno about others, but I'd rather focus on what I can/cannot do, rather than expect someone else to meet my standards of behavior (especially when the other person is not doing anything harmful, is always friendly, etc).
It isnt as if 90% of the posts here are adding anything to value. This is basically a cyber coffee machine, and we are hanging out waiting for news to emerge from the big meeting.
