Ralph, the discussion about whether or not there should be a built-in flash in the 5D II is as "useless" or as relevant as discussing whether one thinks the 5D II will be 16mp or 21mp .... or whether it should be 14-bit or 16-bit .... or whether it should have a high-def screen, 100% VF, 19 AF points, AF micro-adjust, dual card slot, etc, etc ..... you get the drift?

Yes, I think so. I do not admit.
For me its okay, when one says he/she wishes an integrated flash and sombody else does not (wish). What I mentioned as useless ic that it seems to be that people fight against each other and want to convince the other about what is pro and what not. And they use 2 pages to do so. Imo that must not be discussed not here in that form. But please go ahead, if one needs.

"Digital Elan" sounds nice. "Canon EOS Elan" sounds better to me.
