Here's a few photos of the resident bugs of late. The dragonflys have been around for a while, but the butterflys have been hiding out till a couple weeks ago. I've been getting to know my camera better every time I go out, and think I'm getting the hang of all the settings and such. I've also been getting good at stalking prey due to the fact that 55mm is a pretty short lens for this stuff
Pretty sure I've got the IDs right, but correct me if they're not.

1. Gulf Fritillary

The backgrounds on the first two dragonflys are too busy for me, but not much I could to as the flowers were about 2 feet behind her. Tips and criticism always welcome of course! Hope you enjoyed them!
