Hi Al, I have a macro, I don't have a 600

I see you got on the new trend wagon, longest lens for macro work! Well my friend, that works real good. First shot is an exciting great capture, delicate and pretty. #2 is simply stunning, that is a wonderful wallhanger there, congrats on that shot! Last shot makes me feel better that I am not the only one that can find a tattered wing butterfly, none the less very very nice

I keep going back to #2, love it!

Who needs a macro. Go for the 600.
