hope im not to late!

anyways took this in my back yard, in the woods which is partly flooded. used incandescent lighting to get the blue tone in the image.

It's a lovely silhouette but I do think that the blue is a bit on the strong side, on the border on surrealism.
It's also disturbing to see the things on the water on the bottom of the pic. Personally, I would have crop them off or tilt the camera a bit more upwards.

Last, as a city resident I can't express my envy enough. I'd kill for such a backyard.

thanks for the suggestion on the foreground, ill give it a try next time i take some more landscape shots of my property. also, the reason i did not tilt up is that you would then see the City in the background

but now that i think about it, instead of having the camera about 4ft up on the tripod, i could try putting it closer to the water. anyways, I'm just fortunate enough that my mother has 22 acres on the edge of the city.
