For fun, I used for the very first time a different 110 camera. The kinda basic fixed focus thing that most people had. Same scene, same lighting conditions (bright sunny day), taken from the same spot. Only difference is the basic 110 had the Fukkatsu 400 film - which is more accommodating to exposure than the Lomo Tiger 200. So that if anything should have been in its favour..
I'll let you see if you can notice any difference.

Any idea why the negative is so dinged up? Could it be from loading it or being too aggressive at some stage of the development process?
Great pose/lighting.
If you are talking about all those spots, that looks like dust and/or dirt/debris from the dev process.
But really, it look like dust to me.

Try using filters inside funnels when pouring the chems in and out. Some use coffee filters but I find them too "slow", so I use small squares (~2"x2") cut from Aztek lint-free scanner wipes.
Also rinse the bottles and beakers before each use and development tank after each use. Keep the tank up side down when drying to prevent the dust from getting in.
Use distilled water for all the chems.
Some people slightly steam their bathrooms before each development to reduce the amount of dust in the air. Certainly helps to keep negs free from dust during drying , if you hang them to dry in the bathroom.
