Any advice would be greatly appreciated (both good or bad). This is my first role of 6x9 film and I'm still getting the hang of using a light meter (Sekonic L-358).

I think Velvia is my favorite film now. I just bought 3 rolls of fresh Acros from a local photography shop (now have 5), but the film seems to be super sensitive to handling. All of my B&W film strips have marks on the actual exposures - I am wondering if that happened from my old camera - or the lab. My Velvia has no such marks on the exposures, or when scanned.
Anyways, here is a shot. Taken o my hike to Calf Creek Falls in the Grand Staircase a few months ago. Taken with Contax RX + 80-200mm and Velvia.
Trying out different settings on Vuescan. Scanned 4 times (passes) and at 4000 dpi. 126 MB file. Notice a MUCH better scan than my older ones. Now I need to go through and rescan my older ones. Yikes....

I have shot well over 1000 rolls of Acros and have never noticed it to be sensitive or easily scratched. It is by far, my favorite film.
He is very chill...hangs out with the dogs in the back yard, all the neighbors know him, very friendly. We call him BeBe...he claimed us and has lived with use since claiming us, 4 years ago. He was just a youngster, not quite a year old then with skin issues we took care of. He was the neighbor kids cat, but apparently did not like them
