This thing has also been keeping me busy lately. Traded my ancient Goldwing for an old KLR 650. Enjoying the downsize and ability to get off the beaten path. Though I did take a nice dirt nap over the past weekend and did some radiator damage.
Finally got a few back from the lab. Yashica Mat EM keeps performing. Got my first 645, a Bronica ETRS, which I'm really liking. Also picked up a Super Ikonta 533/16, that I was super excited for but seems to have a lens board out of whack... kinda disappointed about that one...

Super Ikonta - Tilt shift affect is interesting but now when it can't be fixed...
Looks like you went all the way on the old stagecoach road, Jon. Just inside that gate with the ingenious lock mechanism is a shot of El Capitan that I'm still waiting to take when I can catch the sky with some clouds in it. Last couple times I've been out there it's been 'severe clear'.
Yes Kenny, I did. The road was very rough the last 1/2 mile or so. Took me 3 or 4 attempts to climb the last hill. My pickup was not liking it (nor my wife!). But, the old abandoned house with a beautiful backdrop of the Guadalupe Mtns. was worth it. I'll post some color images in a minute.

Beautiful images! Amazing what the tiny XA can do. I also agree about highlights and film. This is why I only shoot film during normal daylight hours.
Yeah the XA does a good job.

I'm liking that Superia, might have to try some.
It's a nice film and seems reasonably priced compared to some other types.
Shot some Cinestill 800T in 120 on Friday and Saturday. First two are classic cars at a museum in San Marcos TX. Rated at box speed with a Pentax 6X7 and 55mm lens.
