ratty, you mentioned the popularity of c200. Back in January B&H had it on sale for $1.49 a roll for 36 exposures short dated (1/15). It was posted on a FB page so a bunch of us bought a bunch of it.

Gary, really like that 2nd shot.

Wow...that's quite an amazing deal. I wish Acros were that cheap. I'd probably but 3-4 years worth.
Gary, really like your latest B&W. I need to get off the color kick for a little bit.
BTW, how do you like the 55mm? They seem more reasonably priced than the 45 &
a 28mm equiv would be nice.

You guys are a really bad influence... As of about an hour ago, I am film-only... I have an old digital point-n-shoot, but my primary rig is all film.
Kevin, wow you cut the cord, literally & figuratively !
I am still in both camps. I still use the DSLRs for event stuff, chasing g-kids &
certain scenes that feel more comfortable to shoot that way.
But I have done 75+% of my landscape work this past year on film.
One interesting discovery recently is noticing the difference in dynamic range between color neg film, like Ektar & my 5DmKII.
I still use a digital to get a reference shot for film work as I'm color blind. I also use my iPhone.
On my latest postings, especially the river scene, I had a direct comparison.
While the foreground, with mid & low values was roughly the same approx exposure,
the sky was blown out on the 5D.
The sky from the film still had at least two more stops to work with.
Rattymouse, I only bought maybe 15-20 rolls. Already had a bunch from a walmart online to store only special where the price was about the same (but for 24exp). I did an inventory recently and have about 150 rolls of film. I need to thin the herd. By the way, that guy grilling is using good marketing skills with that fan

Kevin, let me know if you get through to APUG.
They have been non-responsive to my attempts to reset password......
Dan
I actually signed up for APUG a while ago. Last message I heard from the site admin's was about 4 months ago. Haven't reached out to them since, so I don't know what's going on there.
Hi, Dan, the 55mm f4 is the one that I have. I got it when the only other lens that I had was the 105. It seemed plenty wide then, but now that I have the 75mm f4.5 it seems too close to the 75. I wish that I had gone to the 45 right away. In the first shot above, I really felt that I needed a wider lens than the 55mm. The canyon wall were well over double the height you can see here. I'm not a lens expert, but I have been impressed with the sharpness of all the Pentax 67 lenses that I have used. Most of the time I seem to switch between the 75mm and the 150mm f2.5.
I have heard others say the 28 is too close. I use a 90 on my 4x5 & it is about a 28 so I'm used to it.
Still haven't replenished the war chest after getting the camera so I'll just keep an eye on Ebay
Thanks
BTW, you probably have this reference but it attempts to give relative quality of the lenses

Wow! This film has beautiful color.
Thanks Rattymouse but actually I had to take an awful lot of green out of the image in LR. I'm not sure if it was from poor scanning (my Costco peeps did a sloppy job this time, also scratching the negs, very unusual for them) or the fact the film was old/expired. I pulled it out of my freezer (bought from a studio that went digital) and had never used it before.
