Here's a few shots with an OM2N and 35 F2. On Tri-X 400 and developed and scanned by me. Unfortunately the best shots on this roll were lost when I messed up loading film on the reel - not the first time this has happened! I'm using Paterson plastic reels, any suggestions for something less likely to get jammed up?

Yes, USE STAINLESS STEEL reels. I had infinite problems with Patterson plastic ... switched to SS and haven't looked back. Way better. Get Hewes or Nikon brand - make sure they aren't dented (if buying second hand).

Interesting.. I've been using the Paterson plastic reels for over a year now and they work just peachy I guess YMMV
I agree with Katie- for 35mm, I'd go with Hewes stainless. For 120, though, I've been happy with my Paterson... can't seem to ever be able to load the stainless reel right with larger film.
Haven't posted in this thread in a while. Been a busy past few months however I have so much film scanned from summer sitting on my hardrive. Thought I would share from one roll of very expired, stored improperly, kodak T400cn (i think expired 2002, the non air conditioned camera shop was at least 95 degrees inside when I bought it). Shot at iso 160.
from a walk at the park and around town. Believe I was shooting on a yashica 35gsn
That contax T looks like an appealing little camera. I may have to keep my eye out for one. Been wanting to save for a cheap way into leica with the CL but the compactness of the contax is impressive.
Jon, I love this little thing- for me, the most important thing was to find a camera that could truly fit in the pocket. I've had a couple of Leicas, and I think they provide a better RF experience (better viewfinder, longer baselength, etc)... but this little Contax is quite easy to focus with as well!

Besides being virtually invisible in use, the Contax T is dead silent: leaf shutter, manual wind on. For film, it's the ultimate street camera. I have three, one with a spectacular dent on top.
