That is a very nice shot, I like it, looks so old timey! I cant wait to load 120 on the Rollei 6008, rather than just Polaroid/Fujifilm instant!
Glad you liked them, I'm reasonably happy with them. And sorry, whenever I post colour film images they're 80/1.9 on 645, with 400H (almost always use this). But I appreciate I probably don't post that often
DaveOls - perhaps the server was down when you looked? If you were referring to the last post that is.

Ah, you're making me long for my 645. I sold it recently as I also have an RZ67.

Impossible to make digital look like this.
That is the correct thing to say, yes . I couple of other times I've bought a dSLR along with me for backup or alternates or whatever you want to call it, but it just creates a faff. I had my RX1 in my bag but didn't use it in the end... which I'm glad I didn't. I've not really used this combo much but this latest set should give me enough confidence to use it exclusively for portraits. Glad you liked them!
@dswiger: Why'd you sell? Just not enough use? They're not very expensive. I bought as I couldn't afford/find a Contax. I'm sure you could do the same with the RZ67, your back might just hurt a little more after :-)
On a separate note, I have two 120 backs now which makes life much easier. Not terribly good at changing film in the field with this thing..
Shooting their wedding in Oct, all digital though I'm afraid folks...

richard,
I sold it cause I wasn't using it much, having the RZ. But more devious, I wanted to get a 4x5. So the 645 sale financed a purchase of a Toyo 45A, which I'm having a lot of fun learning/shooting. I do mostly landscapes, so it seems a good fit. So now my kit is the RZ67, the Toyo, then last but not least, a 5DMkII. All have there place, they're just tools.
Hey Dan, TBH I'm not sure why you'd want such a "pesky little film size" like the 645 . I think they're reasonable for what I've bought it for (portraits), and not to say they don't have other excellent uses, but for landscapes I can understand why you'd pick up a larger film size.
