The 120/5.6 Nikkor-AM is not suited to 4x5 at infinity regardless of aperture, contrary to any online reports. I am buying a 110/5.6 Super-Symmar XL in the next day or so.
The 75/4.5 Nikkor-SW is too wide for the B+W hood I have on my Lee filter holder. It vignettes
First time I've developed black & white in 13 years, better shots coming, this is just the first one that dried.
Amusingly, not shot on Delta.
TMax 400, 75mm Nikkor
EDIT: here's another, same shooting info
Here's another really old one
HP5+, 75mm Nikkor - this film is MUCH grainier than TMax 400 developed identically in Ilford DD-X , and the depth of field is doing something crazy, don't know which movements I used...
Thanks Corposant, Katie and Edd I'll scan more later today!
Yeah must say, I like Tmax 400 a lot so far.
I bought a Lee push-on 100mm system since the centre filter brings the thread size up to 86mm. I have two Lee grads (1.5 and 2.5 stop) as well as a Daryl Benson Singh-ray reverse 3 stop. I bought the filter attachment ring and a 105mm B+W Kaesemann linear pol for that. Pricey all up.
The price may be high, but when you buy quality, it means (usually) not having to buy twice .
My Linhof gear I purchased during the 70's (Mono-rail & Master Technika) still serve me well to this day. I enjoy your photographic vision...you use your tools well...
