some ektar on a yashica mat LM. Love this little TLR.
Went up to Roane Mtn for the rhodendron's but was about 2-3 weeks early. Carver's Gap was a little better, about a week or so from peak. Mostly shot digital but did shoot 1 roll of 120.
Here are a couple from that highly outdated 1960s vintage 120 Verichrome Pan. Highly fogged film, with lettering showing from the outer paper covering the film. Nothing is completely exempt from radiation after 40+years!
Katie, I can see a clear difference. The scans are much better.
Thank you Edward! I don't print from scans, but I hate to have crappy representations of my work on here! (even though these are just family snapshots).
It looks like my "new" Canon 1N works! This is one of the best deals I've ever gotten, and definitely the best film camera I've owned. Focusing was fast and sure with my trusty 24-70L. Shutter speeds all seem correct. I couldn't be more happy with the initial output for exposure and focus. Now I'm considering getting out of the Contax N1 body and lenses! More "Battle of the Bodies" to come.
Here are a few quick test shots processed ultra-cheap (and low rez) by Costco. I agree, debuggerus, that is a lovely scan, and decent scans make all the difference. I'm absolutely not happy with the color balance or exposure on these, but Costco is fine for quickie film developing and emergency DVD, but no quality output. I'll try corposant's suggestion and send my next batch to North Coast for a try.
Hot off the press today... Shot for the church office, priest about to retire so his portrait will be hung up in the church along its all the other priests from the last few hundred years... Once the digital was in the can I pulled out my crown graphic and shot this on some very expired Polaroid type 59...
Rodluvan: those light leaks are easy to fix, mst likely from the magazine where the dark slide slides in, you can get parts from fleabay and it's a five minute job

But then you wouldn't have "warp speed book." Tough choices, here.
Gotta watch those backgrounds Daniel. Awesome pic, trenchcoat, willy's, hands in pockets, underwear and even some plumber's crack ...all my favourite topics in one.
