Been a while since I posted here on FM... but here is one from a recent corporate shoot... while taking digital pics of teh CEO of a rather large local company I pulled my old 503cx out of the bag and burnt off some Delta 3200... here is a quick snap of the finished wet print before I gave it to the CEO as a little "extra" on top....
I used split grade printing in the darkroom and selenium toned the print which was on Ilford MG fb warmtone... the digital really doesnt do the print justice...

yowzers!! that velvia is something else. I've got a few rolls but have never used any... looks like I should!
I don't know anything about the Bessa's. Are they still made? How old? Quality? Inquiring minds (and wallets) want to know . And even tough I've never had one, for some reason the 21mm rf has been beckoning...
And while I'm here ...
These are from my first roll through my mamiya 645 (still waiting for someone to buy it)...
80mm 1.9, Arista b/w 100 (freestyle) Developed through walmart, scanned by me...

When Zaitz reemerges, I am sure he'll appreciate the effort behind a selenium print.

I have Kentucky winning it all. Is that what we are talking about? If not, sorry - kidless vacation with drinks are happening here.
In between dominoes I am checking my iPhone to make sure the grandma isn't ready to send the kids back yet! And I have FM up and can't help but check it!!
I won, by the way. In dominoes at least. Duke lost and I think I'm losing pretty bad on my NCAA pool...
corposant, great work on the Ghost Town. Especially that third one. The wide film really works well there.
And you're right! I do appreciate that selenium print by Nathan67. I couldn't even scan my prints well so I am sure a photo isn't doing it justice. The internet is killing prints .
joanlvh: The ektar is looking pretty good but I think it's a bit blue. Perhaps could use some color balancing to reign that in.
Simon: love that style. Reminds me of Murray Fredericks. I'd love to get up to Superior and shoot some 8x10s in that vain.
Wish I had something to post. Well I could post this. Uneven development on 8x10 Velvia 50?
I may need to just develop them myself. I really wish color film was cheaper. A shame to be limited in that regard.
