The other day I saw these little plastic doo-dads that let you use 35mm film in any medium format camera - cool. So they came in the mail while having a bit of Scottish breakfast tea I loaded a 24 frame XX roll into my Yashicaflex. The first two frames worked - then the spacing went bad..Effectively, this could be a poor man's xpan camera, but needs work
Vredeborch Felica, Fomapan 100. I'm developing a fierce fondness for this camera, which is very Holga-like but has two shutter speeds, both of them slow (1/50 and 1/25), designed for the slow films of its era. Fomapan 100 works well in it at EI 50, which is where I typically shoot it. Plus it's easy to read the big bold frame numbers on Foma's backing paper through the red window (reading the Ilford frame numbers is much harder; they are barely visible).
The last one here is multiple handheld exposures, which ended up looking like pointillism.
I like the results from Fomapan, I don't like the film. It's thin and hard to load on the Hewes stainless reels. Plus it refuses to feed through the Negative Supply Pro Carrier so I'll switch to the Basic.
But it does look good!

I have been avoiding buying the Diatoh Ponix that has been at Pro Photo Supply for months. It's a similar design to the Felica, pocket sized, has a couple of speeds and uses 120. I was finally able to order new glasses and really want to try out the recently serviced Yashica D.
Three of my cameras were purchased based on recommendations/exhortations from Huss (Holga, Ricoh FF-1, and Fuji Work Record) and each has given me plenty of nice photos. Here are three from my latest roll with the Ricoh FF-1 (with Delta 400)
Back at the end of May. Though I didn't notice it then - I can see the film is scratched from my rough handling (eye progress). A restored by me Yashicaflex and Kentmere 100
