It's almost amazing that some of the best weather on the Oregon coast happens in February. It's normally between storms, but it can be spectacular. Several years ago we were on the beach at Pacific City around Valentines Day, it was 75 degrees. When I called my sister on the east coast, they were in the middle of a blizzard.
As a side note, today is forty years since I arrived in Portland. When I left Pennsylvania, everything was brown and frozen. When I got here, it was a green paradise.

I like it. I almost always push it to 800, if I'm shooting 400 I'd rather shoot Kentmere 100 pushed to 400. I've been tearing through the bulk roll I bought. But I've shot it all the way from 400 to 1600 and it does great in HC110, and HC110 is so easy to work with. I'm going to stick with it.
Great - thx! Developed a Kentmere 400 last night in HC110 and I am happy with the results, too. Will share results soon.... in the meantime, some Ultramax
OK, not a film shot but a photo of my new to me M3 DS. This thing is 70 years old and looks brand new. Working on the first roll but wanted to show it off. I like the Canon 50/1.4 LTM on this. Makes for a pretty match. I am stoked over this camera . . .

Nice, how did you meter for that?
I went into the sub menu for EV and changed it to -2, adjusted the ISO and set the backlight compensation. I stacked twelve images in post for the desired effect.
