i just got back the first rolls of slide film i've ever shot. i have to say, i love the results when i look at the slides, scanning them, however, is a totally different story. i suppose i have a lot to learn until i get it right.
anyways, here they are, shot on velvia 50 (sweet film!) and e100g with a mamiya m645 1000s:
It's just shallow DOF. SHould have brought the tripod to stop down the aperture, but with the light fading, this f/stop was all I could do handheld. Walking on the beach with two kids for a couple miles (carrying the 2 year old periodically) is not easy with lots of gear.
Try this. Bring up your image at flickr in this size you want to post.
Right click on it and click on properties. Copy the info that stats with htpp and paste that info between bracket img bracket and bracket \img bracket
