You don't have to wait! I know it's daunting, but we started traveling with our kids when they were young. You do have to recalibrate your expectations, and maybe start with shorter trips closer to home, but I can assure you it's worth it. I encourage you to go for it, it's all part of the adventure!

The colour is much better if I crop out the film rebate before converting in NLP. It bogarts it when I leave it in, even though it looks cool.
Of course w B&W no issues.
