Found this orchard orbweaver (Leucauge venusta) hanging out in the garden

and one from the bottom side

Really beautiful series Gary!I really like 2,4,5 and 8.Very interesting colors on the last spider shot.Are you sure the first and second is a paper wasp?I�m asking you just because I posted a few moths ago and they told me an another ID;was a nomada bee.

The orbweaver abdomen looks like mother of pearl. Very pretty series indeed

Is that an orb weaver or a lynx? Whatever it is, it's the prettiest spider I've ever seen.
