From Adorama? I had a few bad experiences from them w/ both new and used. One time, I paid for a Brand New Nikon camera leather case and they sent me a used one. Alot of their used items are over-rated, meaning they look worse than rated.
Dan, I agree. I will probably won't bother with refurb or used from B&H or Adorama. The only good experiences I have had is with KEH. The 200mm VR was scratches, hood was scuff and there are a lot of dust inside the lens. I told them about this and they told me that what refurb lenses are and perhaps I have too much expectations.
I want a new 300 f4 lens, with VR.
