My two (2) year old Bogen ball head (#488RCO) will not work on the horizonal axis for some reason. I can move the lever adjustment, but the head will not not move on its axis for the left and right adjustments. The other adjustment, with the ball and socket, works just fine. I have no idea what caused this problem all of a sudden? Any idea how to fix it without sending it to Bogen?
