I downloaded an action file for Dragonizer and opened it in PS but I can't find where it is. Can anyone give me some advice?

You need to import into your actions window. It don't believe they just appear after you open it.

Yes, I found it and have played with it for a while. I am no PS Pro like the rest of you as I just usually use it to crop and clean up but this is fun. I found a lot more actions on the same site that was posted (thank you very much) and look foward to playing with them/
