matt - yes its the same cotillion. i just finished the actual event, i think i got some good ones.
carraig - theres a lot going on in the image minus the photoshop. i used the 70-200 at 2.8 and basically put her behind this branchy bush and obstructed the foreground. toning/curves in PS, slight texture overlay.
thanks, its actually of my girlfriend who was attending the cotillion. i got a lot of shots of the guests because she asked me to. i got a great testimonial... i only charged her 550.00 for 1 hr photoshoot day before, 5 hour coverage day of, and 1 8X10 3 5X7 6 4X6 32 wallet. she sent me a text message saying "you were worth every penny!!" after i gave her the link to her proofs. feels good.
