Thanks, Carrol! That Crepe Myrtle leaf by itself is so colorful; I love those. I followed this one around the pond and it was interesting to see the different colors in the background (some were more green where algae was present). I got this one between the reflected sky and shadows as it glided along.
Mike; thanks sooooo much. Saw this and thought, now that is very simplistic. My pond affords me more photo ops than I ever imagined possible, and that's not including the koi. :-)
Hey Marc! Thank you. Yes, the water is very dreamy in places and the reflections create a bit of drama, especially at sunset. This was taken this morning before the sun got over the hill.
