One of the common warblers in the Middle East is the Graceful Prinia. They are tiny birds about 2 inches (5cm) in length from the tip of their bill to the end of their very long tail. For their size you would not believe the volume of their call. This shot is typical of the environment they live in and they are seldom seen on the ground. I think they are great little birds and list them among my favourites.

What a very pretty bird and a beautiful shot. I really like the composition, and the delicate colours and foliage - it suits the bird well.
